Tromarama
Tromarama (est. 2006, Bandung) is an Indonesian art collective founded by Febie Babyrose (b. 1985, Jakarta), Ruddy Hatumena (b. 1984, Bahrain) and Herbert Hans (b. 1984, Jakarta). Biography Graduates of Institut Teknologi of Bandung, Babyrose, Hatumena and Hans met in a music video workshop where they conceived ‘Serigala Militia’ (2006) for Seringai's track of the same title and established Tromarama, referencing the “traumatic” experience of making hundreds of woodcut plywood boards. Since then, Tromarama's work has been exhibited at Open Eye Gallery (Liverpool, 2016), the Gwangju Biennale (2016), Frankfurter Kunstverein (Frankfurt am Main, 2015), the Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam, 2015), National Gallery of Victoria (Melbourne, 2015) and Mori Art Museum (Japan, 2010) amongst other locations. Kiang Malingue is a commercial art gallery with premises in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China. It was founded by Edouard Malingue and Lorraine Kiang Malingue as the Edouard Malingue Gallery in 2010. Mori Art Museum
The is a contemporary art museum founded by the real estate developer Minoru Mori (1934–2012) in the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower in the Roppongi Hills complex both of which he built in Tokyo, Japan. The exterior architect of the museum's galleries on the 35th floor of the 45 -story tower in which the museum is housed is Richard Gluckman of Gluckman Mayner Architects. The museum does not exhibit a permanent collection but rather temporary exhibitions of works by contemporary artists. Artists whose work has been exhibited at the museum include Ai Weiwei, Gohar Dashti, Tokujin Yoshioka and Bill Viola. The museum's founder Minoru Mori died in March 2012. The museum focuses on contemporary art and primarily exhibits works of Asian artists. It also features the MAM project which exhibits solo shows on a smaller scale in the museum space. Open Eye Gallery is a photography gallery and archive in Liverpool, UK that was established in 1977. It is housed in a purpose-built building on the waterfront at Mann Island, its fourth location. The Frankfurt Art Association (german: link=no, Frankfurter Kunstverein) is an art museum founded in 1829 by a group of influential citizens of the city of Frankfurt, Germany. The aim of the institution is to support the arts in the city, which was an important center of trade and business.
