The Texas Tech Red Raiders and Lady Raiders are the athletic teams that represent Texas Tech University, located in Lubbock, Texas. The women's basketball team uses the name Lady Raiders, while the school's other women's teams use the "Red Raiders" name. Don Flora
Don Flora (born September 9, 1968) was a head coach of the Texas Tech Red Raiders volleyball team. Flora became the head coach on January 7, 2011, replacing Trish Kissiar-Knight. Prior to coming to Texas Tech, he served as an assistant coach with the New Mexico State Aggies The New Mexico State University teams are called the Aggies, a nickname derived from the university's agricultural beginnings.
