"Tribulations" is a 2005 song by LCD Soundsystem. It is the seventh single from the band's LCD Soundsystem (album), eponymous debut album. The single's cover was designed by Michael Vadino for DFA Design. LCD Soundsystem is an American rock band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 2002 by James Murphy, co-founder of DFA Records. The band comprises Murphy (vocals, various instruments), Nancy Whang (synthesizer, keyboards, vocals), Pat Mahoney (drums), Tyler Pope (bass, guitar, synthesizer), Al Doyle (guitar, synthesizer, percussion), Matt Thornley (guitar, synthesizer, percussion), and Korey Richey (synthesizer, piano, percussion). They are currently signed to both DFA and Columbia Records. The band began by recording and releasing multiple singles from 2002 to 2004, the first of which was "Losing My Edge", one of their signature songs. ''Project Gotham Racing 3'' is a racing video game developed by Bizarre Creations and published by Microsoft Game Studios. It was released exclusively for the Xbox 360 as a launch title in November 2005. The game was rated by ''Official Xbox Magazine'' as Xbox 360 "Game of the Year" (2005), as well as "Best 1st Person (Not Shooter) of the Year", because of its realistic inside-car view. A sequel, ''Project Gotham Racing 4'', was released in October 2007. A liquid-crystal display (LCD) is a flat-panel display or other electronically modulated optical device that uses the light-modulating properties of liquid crystals combined with polarizers. Dougal Wilson
Dougal Stewart Wilson (born August 1971) is an English director of commercials and music videos. His work includes directing several John Lewis Christmas adverts and the Grammy-nominated music video for "Life in Technicolor II" (2009) by Coldplay. He is set to make his feature film debut with ''Paddington in Peru'' (2023), the third instalment in the ''Paddington'' franchise. Early life and inspiration Wilson was born in Heswall, England in 1971. In his youth, he played in a series of bands. Inspired by Stanley Kubrick's epic science fiction film '' 2001: A Space Odyssey'' (1968), Wilson decided to study astrophysics at Durham University. While studying, he began designing posters for university theatre groups and making sets for some of their plays in his spare time. ''Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party 2'', later released as in Japan, was announced by Konami on May 15, 2008 as part of the 10th anniversary of ''Dance Dance Revolution'' celebration. ''Hottest Party 2'' features the same gameplay as the first Hottest Party and introduces new gameplay modes, gimmicks, characters and graphical enhancements. The game also features an all-new soundtrack featuring licensed music from the past four decades as well as new Konami Originals. Hottest Party 2 was released on September 16, 2008 in North America.
