Trevor Samuels
Trevor Roy Samuels (born 15 December 1967) is a former Jamaican cricketer who represented the Jamaica national team in West Indian domestic cricket. He played as a right-arm pace bowler. Samuels represented the West Indies at the 1988 Youth World Cup in Australia, featuring in all eight of the team's matches. He took nine wickets (with a best of 2/17 against India), which ranked him behind only Sam Skeete and Rajindra Dhanraj amongst his teammates. Negril
Negril is a small (pop. 6,900) but widely dispersed beach resort and town located in Westmoreland and Hanover parishes at the far western tip of Jamaica, southwest from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. Westmoreland is the westernmost parish in Jamaica, located on the south side of the island. Jamaica

Jamaica National Cricket Team
The Jamaica national cricket team or officially the Jamaica Scorpions, is the representative first-class cricket team representing Jamaica at the West Indies domestic competitions. History The team's history goes back to 1895, when they played three matches against a touring side from England led by Slade Lucas, but because of the distance to the other cricketing countries, Jamaica did not play regular first-class cricket until 1964. They played in the inaugural Shell Shield first-class competition, winning it on the fourth attempt, but then had to wait until 1977–78 for their next title – which was a shared one-day title with Leeward Islands. The West Indies under-19 cricket team represents the countries of Cricket West Indies in international under-19 cricket. The West Indies is one of only five teams to participate in every edition of the Under-19 Cricket World Cup, along with England, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. 1988 Youth Cricket World Cup
The 1988 McDonald's Bicentennial Youth World Cup was an international cricket tournament played in Australia from 28 February to 13 March 1988. Sponsored by McDonald's, it was the inaugural edition of what is now the Under-19 Cricket World Cup, and formed part of the celebrations for the Australian Bicentenary. The tournament was primarily organised by the Australian Cricket Board (ACB), with only limited oversight from the International Cricket Conference (ICC). Eight teams participated, with the seven Test-playing ICC members joined by a composite team of players from ICC associate members. Australia defeated Pakistan in the final by five wickets, with England and the West Indies being the losing semi-finalists. The Indian Under-19 cricket team represents the nation of India in cricket at Under-19 level. Sam Skeete
Samuel McDonald Skeete (born 19 January 1967) is a former Barbadian cricketer who represented the Barbadian national team in West Indian domestic cricket. He also played three seasons of South African domestic cricket, representing Easterns. A right-arm fast bowler, Skeete represented the West Indies under-19s at the 1988 Youth World Cup in Australia. He took 13 wickets from eight matches (including 4/20 against Sri Lanka and 3/25 against Pakistan), finishing as his team's leading wicket-taker and fifth overall. Rajindra Dhanraj
Rajindra Dhanraj (born 6 February 1969) was a cricket player for the West Indies. He played four Tests and six One Day Internationals. He was also successful playing for the Trinidad & Tobago team. Career Dhanraj was a prolific wicket taker at regional level throughout the 1990s, finishing with 295 first class wickets at an average of 27.10. His four Test appearances, spread out over four different series, yielded eight wickets at 74 apiece. Dhanraj holds the world record for lowest bowling average in List A cricket among players with over 50 scalps, with his 79 victims costing just 15.83 apiece. Despite a good showing during his brief ODI career, he was limited to just six appearances in the format. First-class Cricket
First-class cricket, along with List A cricket and Twenty20 cricket, is one of the highest-standard forms of cricket. A first-class match is one of three or more days' scheduled duration between two sides of eleven players each and is officially adjudged to be worthy of the status by virtue of the standard of the competing teams. Matches must allow for the teams to play two innings each, although in practice a team might play only one innings or none at all. The etymology of "first-class cricket" is unknown, but it was used loosely before it acquired official status in 1895, following a meeting of leading English clubs. Lancashire County Cricket Club represents the historic county of Lancashire in English cricket. The club has held first-class status since it was founded in 1864. Lancashire's home is Old Trafford Cricket Ground, although the team also play matches at other grounds around the county.
