''Treat'' is a split cassette shared between by Dutch punk band The Ex and Scottish ex-pat tour mates Dog Faced Hermans. The album was recorded live while the two bands toured Europe together and was released only on cassette in 1990. That year the two bands also collaborated on the single "Lied der Steinklopfer" ("Stonestamper's Song") released under the name Ex Faced Hermans, as well as sharing live sound engineer Gert-Jan, credited as a full member of the Dog Faced Hermans who continued to tour with The Ex for more than a decade. The following year the Dog Faced Hermans took time off and Hermans guitarist Andy Moor joined The Ex. TREAT-NMD (treat NeuroMuscular Disease) is a global academic network that focuses on advancing research in neuromuscular disorders. It was established in 2007 with its coordination centre at the Newcastle University. As of 2018, the network comprises over a hundred research centres and patient organisations from 54 countries as well as independent academics and patient representatives. An invitation to treat (or invitation to bargain in the United States) is a concept within contract law which comes from the Latin phrase ''invitatio ad offerendum'', meaning "inviting an offer". A-Treat Bottling Company
The A-Treat Bottling Company was a beverage company headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania, that manufactured and bottled the A-Treat brand of carbonated soft drinks. A-Treat stopped production on January 23, 2015, but the brand was purchased by Jaindl Companies and production resumed. History A-Treat was founded by the Munjones. Their father, Gioacchino Egizio, started a beverage business in the family home in the 600 block of Front Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and later built a small manufacturing facility behind the home. Their mother, Vincenza Munjone, also came from a family involved in the beverage business in Allentown. In 1932, the Egizio brothers moved the business to Union Boulevard in East Allentown, where it remains to this day. Joseph C. John Geoffrey Tracey (1930 – 30 July 2004) was an Australian ecologist and botanist whose pioneering research work in partnership with Dr. Leonard Webb within the Rainforest Ecology Unit of the CSIRO in the 1950s led to the publication of the first systematic classification of Australian rainforest vegetation in the '' Journal of Ecology'' in 1959. The Treat Commercial Building is a historic commercial building on Oak Street, between High and 4th Streets, in Leslie, Arkansas. It is a single-story brick structure, with a vernacular early-20th century storefront and sharing party walls with its neighbors. The front has a pair of plate glass windows flanking a recessed entrance, and is topped by a parapet. The interior retains original fixtures and a coffered pressed-metal ceiling. Built in 1910, it is one of Leslie's oldest commercial buildings. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. Transient Reactor Test Facility (TREAT)
The Transient Reactor Test Facility (TREAT) is an air-cooled, graphite moderated, thermal spectrum test nuclear reactor designed to test reactor fuels and structural materials. Constructed in 1958, and operated from 1959 until 1994, TREAT was built to conduct transient reactor tests where the test material is subjected to neutron pulses that can simulate conditions ranging from mild transients to reactor accidents. TREAT was designed by Argonne National Laboratory, and is located at the Idaho National Laboratory. Since original construction, the facility had additions or systems upgrades in 1963, 1972, 1982, and 1988. The 1988 addition was extensive, and included upgrades of most of the instrumentation and control systems. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) decided to resume a program of transient testing, and planned to invest about $75 million to restart the TREAT facility by 2018.
