Town Of Kyabram
The Town of Kyabram was a local government area in the Goulburn Valley region, west of Shepparton and about north of Melbourne, the state capital of Victoria, Australia. The town covered an area of , and existed from 1954 until 1994. History The town was originally on the western edge of the Shire of Rodney, but on 1 April 1954, it was severed and became a borough. Goulburn Valley
The Goulburn Valley is a sub-region, part of the Hume region of the Australian state of Victoria. The sub-region consists of those areas in the catchment of the Goulburn River and other nearby streams, and is part of the Murray-Darling Basin. The Goulburn Valley is bordered on the south by the Great Dividing Range and to the north by the Murray River, the state border with New South Wales. The Shire of Waranga was a local government area about north of Melbourne, the state capital of Victoria, Australia. The shire covered an area of , and existed from 1863 until 1994. The Shire of Rochester was a local government area in Victoria, Australia, about north of Melbourne, the state capital, and immediately west and southwest of the town of Echuca. The shire covered an area of , and existed from 1864 until 1994. History Rochester Shire was the final remnant of what was originally the vast Echuca Road District, incorporated on 19 February 1864, and redesignated as Echuca Shire in 1871.
