A tehsil (, also known as tahsil, taluka, or taluk) is a local unit of administrative division in some countries of South Asia. It is a subdistrict of the area within a district including the designated populated place that serves as its administrative centre, with possible additional towns, and usually a number of villages. Gandaf
Gandaf is a town and Union Council of Swabi District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located at 34°7'0N 72°41'0E with an altitude of 538 metres (1768 feet). Gandaf is surrounded by a mountain range, and is very close to the Gadoon Amazi industrial estate. Gandaf is the capital village of Area Gadoon where only the Pashtun tribe 'Gadoon' resides. The Indus River is also attached to this village. Due to the lack of colleges and universities, many Gadoon went to Swabi or to other places. Gandaf is a dry area and it only depends on rains. Maini
Maini (locally known as ''Menai'', ps, مینئ and ur, مینی) is the name of a village (now a town) and a union council as well as a lush green physiographic valley with natural streams and fertile agricultural land which resides in Topi Tehsil in the eastern part of Swabi District of the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan. It has a very detailed historic profile, from the early historic age till the Partition of Pakistan. Maini lies at latitude 34°07'07.23" north and longitude 72°36'32.38" east with an elevation of about 383 meters above the sea level. Zarobai Munara, commonly known as Zarobi, is a historical village and Union Council of Swabi District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Subahdar, also known as Nazim or in English as a "Subah", was one of the designations of a governor of a Subah (province) during the Khalji dynasty of Bengal, Mamluk dynasty (Delhi), Khalji dynasty, Tughlaq dynasty, Mughal era ( of India who was alternately designated as Sahib-i-Subah or Nazim. The word, ''Subahdar'' is of Persian origin.
