The 2016 Top Music Awards was held at the Pallati i Kongreseve in the capital city of Tirana, Albania, on 25 June 2016 and was broadcast live on Top Channel. Noizy was nominated for five awards followed by Era Istrefi, Elvana Gjata and Kida who were nominated for four awards. Era Istrefi and Alban Skënderaj won three awards, becoming the most awarded artist of the night. Palace Of Congresses
The Palace of Congresses () is a venue in Tirana, Albania, where numerous multi-genre concerts, exhibition, festivals, competitions and other events are held, including the annual Festivali i Këngës and Kënga Magjike and the Tirana Book Fair. Rigels Rajku (; born 27 September 1986), known professionally as Noizy, is an Albanian rapper. Life and career 1986–2010: Early life and career beginnings Rigels Rajku was born on 27 September 1986 into a multi-religious Albanian family in the village of Sukth, then part of the People's Socialist Republic, present Albania. His father is a Muslim from Dibër and his mother a Catholic from Krujë. Gramoz Aliu (; born 29 September 1995), known professionally as Mozzik, is a Kosovo-Albanian rapper and singer. Born and raised in Ferizaj, Aliu began to make music at an early age before pursuing a professional career as a rapper. He rose to significant attention in Albanian-speaking countries after signing contract with On Records. Aliu later earned popularity in German-speaking Europe, as he collaborated with his wife and fellow rapper Loredana. Dafina Zeqiri (; born 14 April 1989), also known mononymously as Dafina, is a Swedish-born Kosovo-Albanian singer. Life and career Dafina Zeqiri was born on 14 April 1989 into an Albanian family from Kosovo in the city of Varberg, Sweden. Her siblings are Tringa Zeqiri and Besa Tafari ''née'' Zeqiri.
