''Top Chef: All-Stars'' is the eighth season of the American reality television series ''Top Chef''. The season was first filmed in New York City before concluding in The Bahamas. ''All-Stars'' consisted of chefs from the previous seven seasons who did not win the title of Top Chef. It premiered on December 1, 2010, and concluded on April 6, 2011. Bravo is an American basic cable television network, launched on December 8, 1980. It is owned by the NBCUniversal Television and Streaming division of Comcast's NBCUniversal through NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment. The channel originally focused on programming related to fine arts and film. It was a part of Nexstar Media Group's Zap2it television news/listings site. Fabio Viviani (born October 10, 1978, in Florence, Italy) is a chef, restaurateur, and cook book writer who has appeared on reality television. He also sells a range of wines. Marcel Vigneron is an American celebrity chef best known for his award-winning restaurant and catering company, Wolf, in Los Angeles. Casey Thompson is an American chef and restaurateur from Dallas, Texas. She is currently executive chef at Folktable, a restaurant in Sonoma, California.
