Tomás Baroni
Tomás Martin Baroni (born 25 May 1995) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Atlético de Rafaela. Career Baroni spent his early career years in Santa Fe with clubs Colón de San Justo and Unión Santa Fe. In 2016, he departed to join Argentine Primera División team Atlético de Rafaela. His first appearance on a Rafaela first-team teamsheet came when he was an unused substitute in the Copa Argentina versus Ferro Carril Oeste on 3 June 2016. Exactly one year later, Baroni made his top-flight professional debut in a match against Godoy Cruz, coming on as a substitute for Mathías Abero. His next two appearances came in Rafaela's final two fixtures of the 2016–17 campaign, a season that ended in relegation. 2020–21 Segunda División B
The 2020–21 Segunda División B season was the 44th since its establishment and the last as the third tier. A total of 102 teams participated, and were distributed in three groups of 20 teams each and two groups of 21, with eight subgroups of ten teams each and two with eleven teams each. On 6 May 2020, the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the expansion of the league to what were initially five groups of 20 teams each for the 2020–21 season due to promotion from the Tercera División groups in the curtailed past season being applied. 2019–20 Tercera División
The 2019–20 Tercera División is the fourth tier of Spanish football. It began in August 2019 and was supposed to end in late June 2020 with the promotion play-off finals. On 11 March 2020, the season was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Spain. On 6 May 2020, the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the premature end of the leagues, revoking all relegations and planning an eventual promotion playoff to be played if possible. The 2018–19 Argentine Primera B Nacional was the 34th season of the Argentine second division. The season began on 25 August 2018 and ended on 8 June 2019. Twenty-five teams competed in the league, seventeen returning from the 2017–18 season, four teams that were relegated from Primera División and two teams promoted from Federal A and B Metropolitana. Competition format Twenty-five teams played each other once for a total of twenty-four matches each. The champion earns promotion to the Primera División. Primera Nacional (usually called simply Nacional B, in English "National B Division", and known as Primera B Nacional until the 2019–20 season) is the second division of the Argentine football league system. The competition is made up of 37 teams. It is played by teams from all over the country. Clubs from Buenos Aires surroundings, as well as some from Santa Fe Province, are promoted from or relegated to the Primera B Metropolitana ("Metropolitan B Division") while for teams from the other provinces the Torneo Federal A ("Federal A Tournament") is the next level down.
