is a former Japanese professional footballer who plays as a centre back. He has represented the Japan national team internationally until 2019. Club career Makino was born in Nishi-ku, Hiroshima. In January 2012, he returned to J. League, loaned by 1. FC Köln to Urawa Red Diamonds, where he was coached again by his former Sanfrecce's coach, Mihailo Petrović. Makino announcement retirement from football in 2022 after last career with Vissel Kobe and 16 years from professional football. Mihailo Petrović (footballer)
Mihailo Petrović ( sr-Cyrl, Михаило Петровић, ; born 18 October 1957) is a Serbian football coach and former football player He is the current head coach J1 League club of Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo. He also holds an Austrian passport. Career Petrović joined Japanese club Sanfrecce Hiroshima in June 2006. In his first full season in charge, Sanfrecce reached the final of the Emperor's Cup but were relegated to J2. The side recovered in style, storming to the title with a haul of 100 points. The 2006 AFC Youth Championship was the 34th instance of the AFC Youth Championship. It was held from 29 October to 12 November 2006 in India. It was the first time for India to host this tournament. Sixteen teams from the AFC qualified to the finals. The tournament was won by North Korea, their second championship after sharing the trophy with Iran in 1976, defeating Japan 5–3 in a penalty shootout after extra time finished in a 1–1 draw. AFC U-19 Championship
The AFC U-20 Asian Cup, formerly known as the AFC Youth Championship and AFC U-19 Championship, is a biennial international association football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-20 national teams of Asia. The competition has been held since 1959. Between 1959 and 1978, the tournament was held annually (without qualification); since 1980, it has been held every two years. The 1980 AFC Youth Championship had a qualification stage for first time. The tournament has been played in a number of different formats during its existence. Currently, it consists of two stages, similar to the AFC's other Asian Championship competitions. The qualifying stage is open to all AFC members and the final stage is contested between 16 teams.
