Tomaž Petrovič
Tomaž Petrovič (born 17 April 1979) is a Slovenian football manager. Managerial career Petrovič began his coaching career at Olimpija in 2002, coaching various youth selections. In 2006 he joined the newly founded Bravo, where he was director of the academy and youth coach. In 2010, he coached the under-14 selection at the Nike Premier Cup. The same year, he took over the club's senior team, which competed in the Slovenian fourth division in the 2010–11 season. In June 2011, Petrovič took charge of the Slovenian Second League side Interblock. After one season, he returned to Bravo where he coached the under-18 side. He left Bravo in 2013 after a series of poor results. Petrovič was the manager of Krško between January 2014 and March 2017. On 12 June 2017, he was appointed manager of Celje. Brežice
Brežice (; german: Rann ) is a town in eastern Slovenia in the Lower Sava Valley, near the Croatian border. It is the seat of the Municipality of Brežice. It lies in the center of the Brežice Plain ( sl, Brežiško polje), which is part of the larger Krka Flat ( sl, Krška ravan). The area was traditionally divided between Lower Styria (territory on the left bank of the Sava River) and Lower Carniola (territory on the right bank of the Sava River). The entire municipality is now included in the Lower Sava Statistical Region. Brežice prides itself on a rich historical and cultural heritage. Siol.net is a Slovenian web media and the oldest news portal in Slovenia. It is owned and managed by TSmedia company that is itself owned by the Telekom Slovenije. The main contents cover daily politics, news, sports, technology, lifestyle, and motoring. Since 2020, Peter Jančič serves as the editor-in-chief. History Siol.net was established in 1996 by Telekom Slovenije. It was the first online news portal in Slovenia and has seen a number of visual changes over the years. The Slovenia national football team ( sl, Slovenska nogometna reprezentanca) represents Slovenia in men's international football and is controlled by the Football Association of Slovenia, the governing body for football in Slovenia. The squad is under the global jurisdiction of FIFA and is governed in Europe by UEFA. It competes in the three major professional tournaments available to European nations: the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Nations League and the UEFA European Championship. Dušan Kosič (born 23 April 1971) is a Slovenian professional football manager and former player who is the head coach of Slovenian PrvaLiga club Tabor Sežana. Club career Kosič is the second-most capped player in the Slovenian PrvaLiga with 421 appearances and had the most appearances for Olimpija (234), winning three Slovenian Cups and one Slovenian Supercup with the club. He also won the cup with Rudar Velenje in 1998. International career Kosič made five appearances for the Slovenia national team between 1992 and 1994. The Slovenian Second Football League ( sl, Druga slovenska nogometna liga or commonly 2. SNL) is the second highest football league in Slovenia. The league was formed in 1991 and is operated by the Football Association of Slovenia. Format and rules In its inaugural season ( 1991–92), the Slovenian Second League was divided into two regional groups (East and West), with both winners directly promoted to the Slovenian PrvaLiga. In 1992, a unified league was formed with 16 clubs playing the round-robin system, which lasted until 2003.
