. It was the first online news portal in Slovenia and has seen a number of visual changes over the years. Between 1999 and 2007, the portal was owned by Siol. In 2008 the ownership and management was taken over by Planet 9, which merged with the company Najdi on 1 April 2011. In September 2011 the company was renamed as TSmedia.
