Thomas Henry Carter (born 22 November 1953) is a British diplomat who was the British ambassador to Guatemala from 2015 to 2017. Sarah Ellen Dickson (August 31, 1880 – November 21, 1965) was the first woman elder in the Presbyterian Church in 1930. She was a "pioneer in the daily vacation bible school movement," She was active in church work for over 60 years and was known as "the chief". Biography She was born in 1880 in Elwood, Illinois, a small suburb of Chicago. She was the daughter of John Richard Dickson and Grace Ellwood Dickson, her father was a merchant. Her parents both died while she was a child, and she was taken in by her grandparents at age fifteen. She was educated in the Chicago Public Schools. She became active in church work. She was appointed secretary of Second Presbyterian Church in 1904, and organized and was first president of the Young Women's Presbyterian Union. Norwich School
Norwich School (formally King Edward VI Grammar School, Norwich) is a selective English independent day school in the close of Norwich Cathedral, Norwich. Among the oldest schools in the United Kingdom, it has a traceable history to 1096 as an episcopal grammar school established by Herbert de Losinga, first Bishop of Norwich. In the 16th century the school came under the control of the city of Norwich and moved to Blackfriars' Hall following a successful petition to Henry VIII. The school was refounded in 1547 in a royal charter granted by Edward VI and moved to its current site beside the cathedral in 1551.
