Tiny Fuppets
Tiny Fuppets is a 2009 animated Portuguese-language web-based cartoon, created by Scott Gairdner. The show is a parody of Jim Henson's Muppet Babies, and relies on irony and surrealism, as well as purposeful mistranslations for its humour. The show has been named "Most Bizarre Knockoff Ever" by ''The Huffington Post''. Characters *Kormit – The apparent leader of the tiny fuppets. He generally gets along fine with the rest of the fuppets but can sometimes be hostile and is somewhat abrasive overall. His greatest wish is to be approximately three feet tall. He seems to have somewhat of a relationship with Ms. Woman, as cemented in the episode "Party Pals". Videogum
''Videogum'' was a daily Internet publication devoted to coverage of popular culture with a focus on movies, television, and trampoline accidents. ''Stereogum'' founder Scott Lapatine founded Videogum as a sister site to ''Stereogum'' in 2008, and enlisted editors Gabe Delahaye and Lindsay Robertson, who quickly gained a cult following for their humorous commentary on pop culture and the Internet. Scott Gairdner
Scott Gairdner (born 1985) is an American comedy writer, director, and podcaster, known for having created the Comedy Central animated series ''Moonbeam City'', for promoting the cult phenomenon of ''The Room'', alongside filmmaker Michael Rousselet, and for co-creating and co-hosting the theme park podcast ''Podcast: The Ride'' since 2017. He created Tiny Fuppets. He is married to Erin Pade and has one child with her. Career After studying film production at Loyola Marymount University, Gairdner began his career by uploading comedy videos onto his YouTube channel, which he started in 2006, including the "Sex Offender Shuffle." Jim Henson
James Maury Henson (September 24, 1936 – May 16, 1990) was an American puppeteer, animator, cartoonist, actor, inventor, and filmmaker who achieved worldwide notice as the creator of The Muppets and '' Fraggle Rock'' (1983–1987) and director of '' The Dark Crystal'' (1982) and ''Labyrinth'' (1986). He was born in Greenville, Mississippi, and raised in both Leland, Mississippi, and University Park, Maryland. Henson began developing puppets in high school. He created '' Sam and Friends'' (1955–1961), a short-form comedy television program, while he was a freshman at the University of Maryland, College Park in collaboration with Jane Nebel who was a senior. ''Jim Henson's Muppet Babies'', commonly known by the shortened title ''Muppet Babies'', is an American animated television series produced by Marvel Productions and Henson Associates. The show aired from September 15, 1984, to November 2, 1991, as part of the Saturday-morning cartoons lineup on CBS. Due to its popularity, the show remained on television in the United States for a decade. The show portrays toddler versions of the Muppets living together in a nursery under the care of a woman known as Nanny, involving the concepts of the power of imagination and creative problem-solving. Kermit the Frog is a Muppet character created and originally performed by Jim Henson. Introduced in 1955, Kermit serves as the everyman protagonist of numerous Muppet productions, most notably ''Sesame Street'' and ''The Muppet Show'', as well as in other television series, feature films, specials, and public service announcements through the years. He served as a mascot of The Jim Henson Company and appeared in various Henson projects.
