Tint Hsan
Tint Hsan ( my, တင့်ဆန်း, also spelt Tint San; born 14 September 1956) was the Minister for Sports from 2011 to 2016. He owns A.C.E. Group of Companies, a major Burmese construction company. Career MP In 2010 general election, Tint Hsan was elected as MP for Pyithu Hluttaw from Myaung Mya Township of Ayeyarwady Region. Union Minister On 30 March 2011, he was appointed as Union Minister for Ministry of Sports and Ministry of Hotels and Tourism. He was in charge of two ministries. In August 2012, he only handled Sports. Minister for Hotels and Tourism was replaced by Htay Aung. He took over the flag of SEAGF in the closing ceremony of 2011 SEA Games in Indonesia. His biggest achievement as the minister of Sports was hosting the SEA Games. He served as the chairman of the Organization Committee for the 27th SEA Games and the 7th ASEAN Para Games. Francine Tint
Francine Tint is a New York City based American abstract expressionist painter. Career Art Tint studied at the Pratt Institute and the Brooklyn Museum College. Tint began showing her work in various galleries in the 1970s. Her early paintings are gestural and lyrical, with many circlings, loopings, and expressionistic brushstrokes. In her later work, the color takes on more of a force, more taut and with more surface tension. Her work has been exhibited in nearly thirty solo shows and nearly fifty group shows in the United States and Europe. Tint is also in the permanent collection of numerous museums including the Clement Greenberg collection at the Portland Art Museum as well as the Krannert Art Museum in Champaign, Illinois. and most recently, the Neuberger Museum of Art in New York. Mya Than Tint
Mya Than Tint ( ; 23 May 1929 – 18 February 1998) was a five-time Myanmar National Literature Award winning Burmese writer and translator. Biography Born Mya Than on 23 May 1929 in Myaing, Pakokku Township, Magway Division, Myanmar, he was the eldest of seven children to Paw Tint and his wife Hlaing. Mya Than Tint entered Rangoon University in 1948, the year Burma gained independence from Great Britain, and received a degree in philosophy, political science and English literature in 1954. His writing career began in 1949 when his first short novel “Refugee” () was published in ''Tara'' () Magazine (No. 21, Vol. 3, 1949). His first translated work was Malva and other short stories by Gorky.He published many short and full-length novels, documentaries and translated works in his 50-year writing career.
