Tint Hsan
Tint Hsan ( my, တင့်ဆန်း, also spelt Tint San; born 14 September 1956) was the Minister for Sports from 2011 to 2016. He owns A.C.E. Group of Companies, a major Burmese construction company. Career MP In 2010 general election, Tint Hsan was elected as MP for Pyithu Hluttaw from Myaung Mya Township of Ayeyarwady Region. Union Minister On 30 March 2011, he was appointed as Union Minister for Ministry of Sports and Ministry of Hotels and Tourism. He was in charge of two ministries. In August 2012, he only handled Sports. Minister for Hotels and Tourism was replaced by Htay Aung. He took over the flag of SEAGF in the closing ceremony of 2011 SEA Games in Indonesia. His biggest achievement as the minister of Sports was hosting the SEA Games. He served as the chairman of the Organization Committee for the 27th SEA Games and the 7th ASEAN Para Games. Ministry Of Sports (Myanmar)
The Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs ( my, အားကစားနှင့် လူငယ်ရေးရာ ဝန်ကြီးဌာန; MOSYA) administers Myanma sports and youth affairs. The ministry was formed in 1996 as Ministry of Sports and organized as Ministry of Health and Sports in 2016. In 2021, following the formation of caretaker government, the ministry was reorganized as Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. The current union minister is Min Thein Zan, appointed by SAC Chairman Min Aung Hlaing. 2011 SEA Games
The 2011 Southeast Asian Games, ( id, Pesta Olahraga Asia Tenggara 2011) officially known as the 26th Southeast Asian Games, or the 26th SEA Games, and commonly known as Jakarta-Palembang 2011, was a Southeast Asian multi-sport event held from 11 to 22 November 2011 in Jakarta and Palembang, Indonesia. It was Indonesia's fourth time to host the Southeast Asian Games, and its first since 1997. Previously, Indonesia also hosted in 1979 and 1987. The capital city of Jakarta hosted all three of the previous Games prior to this. 7th Sense Creation ( my, သတ္တမမြောက်အာရုံ) is a major film production and media company in Myanmar. 7th Sense was cofounded by Khin Thiri Thet Mon, the daughter of Myanmar's commander-in-chief Min Aung Hlaing, San Ko Ko Tint San, the son of former sports minister Tint Hsan, Wai Min Aung, and Naing Phyo Kyaw in 2017. The company was registered with Myanmar's Directorate of Investment and Company Administration on 3 April 2017. Nay Pyi Taw International Airport
Naypyidaw International Airport officially spelled Nay Pyi Taw , ( my, နေပြည်တော် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လေဆိပ်; previously known as Ela Airport), is located 16 kilometres (10 mi) southeast of Naypyidaw, the capital of Myanmar. Before the foundation of Naypyidaw, this was referred to as the airport of the nearby town of Lewe. The airport officially opened on 19 December 2011. 2014 ASEAN Para Games
The 2014 ASEAN Para Games, officially known as the 7th ASEAN Para Games, was a Southeast Asian disabled multi-sport event held in Naypyidaw, Myanmar three weeks after the closing of the 2013 Southeast Asian Games from 14 to 20 January 2014. This was the first time Myanmar hosted the ASEAN Para Games. Myanmar is the sixth country to host the ASEAN Para Games after Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. The 2013 Southeast Asian Games (, ), officially known as the 27th Southeast Asian Games, or the 27th SEA Games, and commonly known as Naypyitaw 2013, was a Southeast Asian multi-sport event took place in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar from 11 to 22 December 2013, Around 4730 athletes from 11 participating nations competed at the games, which featured 460 events in 34 sports.
