Timothy Sejba
Timothy A. Sejba (born March 7, 1972) is a United States Space Force Brigadier general (United States), brigadier general who serves as the commander of Space Training and Readiness Command. He previously served as the program executive officer for both the Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDACP); and Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) directorates. He has also served as acting director of the Space Rapid Capabilities Office from 2018 to 2019. In January 2021, Sejba was nominated for promotion to brigadier general in the United States Air Force and his nomination was confirmed, but in June 2021, he was nominated for transfer to the Space Force as a colonel. In December 2021, he was again nominated for promotion to brigadier general, this time in the Space Force, and was promoted on December 21, 2021, a week after his confirmation. The Achievement Medal is a military decoration of the United States Armed Forces. __NOTOC__ The Meritorious Service Medal (MSM) is a military award presented to members of the United States Armed Forces who distinguished themselves by outstanding meritorious achievement or service to the United States subsequent to January 16, 1969. The Defense Meritorious Service Medal (DMSM) is an award bestowed upon members of the United States military by the United States Department of Defense. In the order of precedence of the United States Armed Forces, it is worn between the Purple Heart and the Meritorious Service Medal. The medal is awarded in the name of the Secretary of Defense to members of the Armed Forces who, while serving in a joint activity, distinguish themselves by non-combat outstanding achievement or meritorious service, but not of a degree to warrant award of the Defense Superior Service Medal. An oak leaf cluster is a ribbon device to denote preceding decorations and awards consisting of a miniature bronze or silver twig of four oak leaves with three acorns on the stem.
