Timmy Dalton
Timothy Dalton (born 1959) is an Irish retired Gaelic footballer. His league and championship career with the Cork senior team spanned several seasons from 1979 to 1988. Born in Cork, Dalton first played competitive Gaelic football in his youth. He first appeared for the Nemo Rangers club at underage levels, winning back-to-back under-21 championship medals. Dalton subsequently progressed onto the Nemo Rangers senior team and went on to win five All-Ireland medals in a career that spanned three decades. He also won six Munster medals and seven county senior championship medals. Dalton made his debut on the inter-county scene when he was selected on the Cork minor team in 1976. He enjoyed two championship seasons with the minors and collected back-to-back Munster medals. Dalton subsequently joined the Cork under-21 team, winning one All-Ireland medal as captain in 1980. Nemo Rangers Hurling & Football Club is a Cork (city), Cork-based Gaelic Athletic Association club on the southside of Cork city, Ireland. The club was founded in 1922 and is involved in Gaelic football, hurling, Ladies football and Camogie. History Nemo Rangers Hurling & Football Club was founded in 1922 following the amalgamation of two Cork clubs – Nemo and Rangers. Within six years the new club made their mark by winning the county Intermediate Hurling and Football Championships in 1928, a feat that has never been equalled. Seán Hayes (Gaelic Footballer)
Seán Hayes (born 1960) is an Irish retired Gaelic footballer who played as a centre-forward for the Cork senior team. Born in Cork, Cleary first played competitive Gaelic football during his schooling at Coláiste Chríost Rí. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Cork minor team before later joining the under-21 side. He made his senior debut during the 1981 championship.. At club level Hayes is a three-time All-Ireland medallist with Nemo Rangers. In addition to this he has also won four Munster medals and several championship medals. Throughout his career Hayes made 2 championship appearances. He retired from inter-county football following the conclusion of the 1981 championship. In retirement from playing Hayes became involved in team management and coaching.
