Tim Ross is an Australian actor best known for having played Steve Beaumont in '' Wonderland''. He has also appeared in the television series Neighbours, Rush, Mrs Biggs and the telemovie Underbelly Files: Tell Them Lucifer was Here. In 2017, Ross joined the cast of ''Home and Away'', playing James Mayvers, the love interest of Roo Stewart played by Georgie Parker. Timothy Jonathon Ross (nicknamed Rosso) is an Australian comedian, radio host, writer and television presenter. He began his career performing stand-up comedy with Merrick Watts as part of the duo Merrick and Rosso. He is now better known as the presenter of the ABC shows ''Streets of Your Town'' and ''Designing a Legacy'', which reflect his personal enthusiasm for design and architecture. Education Ross studied drama and music at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and La Trobe University, also in Melbourne, graduating as a Bachelor of Arts. Career Live performance Ross began his career in comedy, and first came together with Merrick Watts when they teamed up for a one off comedy show in 1996. Ruth "Roo" Stewart (also Morgan) is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera ''Home and Away'', played by Justine Clarke from 1988 to 1989. The character made her first screen appearance during the episode broadcast on 20 January 1988. Clarke quit the role in 1989 and the character was written out. In August 2010, it was announced that Roo would return to ''Home and Away'' with Georgie Parker in the role. The character returned on 29 October 2010.
