Tim Phillipps is an Australian actor perhaps best known for his roles in the soap opera '' Neighbours'', drama series '' Bed of Roses'' and the movie '' Animal Kingdom''. Plot While the Circle tries to decide if they can trust Blackwell (Joe Lando) or not, Cassie (Britt Robertson) sees him searching for something in the abandoned house.
