Funny Or Die produced an official music video for the track "Every Morning", featuring comic actor/ musician Fred Armisen. The track "Wide Awake" features guest vocals from Cat Power. Joseph Donald Mascis Jr. ( ; born December 10, 1965), better known as J Mascis, is an American musician who is the singer, guitarist and main songwriter for the alternative rock band Dinosaur Jr. He has also released several albums as a solo artist and played drums and guitar on other projects. His most recent solo album, ''Elastic Days'', was released in November 2018. He was ranked number 86 in a ''Rolling Stone'' list of the "100 Greatest Guitarists", and number 5 in a similar list for '' Spin'' magazine in 2012. Release On August 21, 2018, Mascis announced the release of his new album, along with the first single "See You at the Movies". The second single "Everything She Said" was released on September 18, 2018. The third single "Web So Dense" was released on October 16, 2018. Dinosaur Jr. is an American rock band formed in Amherst, Massachusetts, in 1984, originally simply called Dinosaur until legal issues forced a change in name. The band was founded by J Mascis (guitar, vocals, primary songwriter), Lou Barlow (bass, vocals), and Murph (drums). After three albums on independent labels, the band earned a reputation as one of the formative influences on American alternative rock. Creative tension led to Mascis firing Barlow, who later formed Sebadoh and Folk Implosion. His replacement, Mike Johnson, came aboard for three major-label albums. Pall Jenkins is an American vocalist, guitarist and music producer. He is the front man for the bands Three Mile Pilot and The Black Heart Procession, as well as his collaborations with Vampire Rodents and Ugly Casanova. Biography Pall Jenkins formed Three Mile Pilot with bassist Zach Smith and drummer Thomas Zinser in 1991.
