Thooral Ninnu Pochchu
''Thooral Ninnu Pochu'' () is a 1982 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film written, directed by and starring K. Bhagyaraj. The film also stars Sulakshana and M. N. Nambiar. The music and background score were composed by Ilaiyaraaja. The film was remade in Telugu as ''Pelli Choopulu'' (1983), in Hindi as '' Mohabbat'' (1985), and in Kannada as ''Gowri Kalyana'' (1991). Plot The only daughter of village elder Ponnambalam, Mangalam, prepares for her prospective groom's visit. The groom, Chella Durai, and his family visit Mangalam's house. Chella Durai falls for Mangalam, who is very naïve and shy. The next day he visits Mangalam at the riverside and she panics. Sulakshana (actress)
Sulakshana is an Indian actress who has performed in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada films and serials. She started at the age of two and half in the movie ''Kaaviya Thalaivi'' as child Krishna, she was credited as Dolly. After that she acted in ''Thulabharam'' as child artist in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi (all versions) and credited as Rajani . He has acted more than 300 films so far, and has made his mark as a villain, comedian, in many characters. Vairamuthu Ramasamy (born 13 July 1953) is an Indian lyricist, poet, and novelist working in the Tamil film industry. He is a prominent figure in the Tamil literary world. A master's graduate from the Pachaiyappa's College in Chennai, he first worked as a translator, while also being a published poet. He entered the Tamil film industry in the year 1980, with the film ''Nizhalgal'', an Ilaiyaraaja musical, directed by Bharathiraja. Vasudevan (15 June 1944 – 20 February 2011), known as Malaysia Vasudevan, was a Malaysian-Indian playback singer and actor in Tamil cinema. Early life Malaysia Vasudevan's parents were from Palakkad. Chattu Nair of Ottappalam and Ammalu of Polpulli, along with their families migrated to British Malaya in search of a livelihood. A ''raga'' or ''raag'' (; also ''raaga'' or ''ragam''; ) is a melodic framework for improvisation in Indian classical music akin to a melodic mode.
