Thomas Oude Kotte (born 20 March 1996) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Telstar. Club career Vitesse In 2008, Oude Kotte joined Vitesse from local side Groen Wit '62. On 19 April 2016, after impressing at youth level, Oude Kotte made his senior debut against PSV replacing Japanese full-back Kosuke Ota in the 90th minute. On 1 May 2016, Oude Kotte was given his first Vitesse start in a 3–1 defeat against Utrecht, in which he featured for the entirety of the fixture along with Julian Lelieveld. Apeldoorn (; Dutch Low Saxon: ) is a municipality and city in the province of Gelderland in the centre of the Netherlands. It is located about 60 km east of Utrecht, 60 km west of Enschede, 25 km north of Arnhem and 35 km south of Zwolle. Hendrikus "Henk" Fraser (born 7 July 1966) is a Dutch football coach and former player who most recently managed Eredivisie side FC Utrecht. He played as a defender for various Dutch teams. Born in Suriname, he earned seven caps for the Netherlands national team in which he scored one goal. He was a member of the Dutch team at the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy under coach Leo Beenhakker. He made his debut for the Netherlands on 6 September 1989, in a friendly against Denmark (2–2). It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems.
