Theodorus Amandus Maria van de Sande (born 10 May 1947) is a Dutch cinematographer. He graduated from the Netherlands Filmacademy in Amsterdam in 1970, and has been working as a cinematographer since 1972. He won Golden Calf for Best Cinematography in 1982 and 1987. Tilburg () is a city and municipality in the Netherlands, in the southern province of North Brabant. With a population of 222,601 (1 July 2021), it is the second-largest city or municipality in North Brabant after Eindhoven and the seventh-largest in the Netherlands as a whole. Ruud Van Hemert
Ruud van Hemert (29 October 1938 – 5 July 2012) was a Dutch film director known especially for (dark) comedy. In the 1970s he helped produce and direct TV shows on VPRO before starting a career as a film director. Steve De Jarnatt is an American film and television director, screenwriter, and short-story author. De Jarnatt is perhaps best known for writing and directing the nuclear-apocalypse thriller ''Miracle Mile'' (1988) and directing the sci-fi film ''Cherry 2000'' (1987). In 1983, ''Miracle Mile'' was chosen by ''American Film'' magazine as one of the ten best unproduced screenplays circulating in Hollywood. ''Miracle Mile'' is a 1988 American apocalyptic thriller film written and directed by Steve De Jarnatt, and starring Anthony Edwards and Mare Winningham. The film depicts the panic surrounding a supposed doomsday brought on by a sudden outbreak of war and its oncoming nuclear holocaust. Both the period and nighttime setting leave characters and the audience uncertain as to whether or not the doomsday claims hold any authenticity. Joan Micklin Silver (May 24, 1935 – December 31, 2020) was an American director of films and plays. Born in Omaha, Silver moved to New York City in 1967 where she began writing and directing films. She is best known for ''Hester Street'' (1975), her first feature, and ''Crossing Delancey'' (1988). Early life and education Joan Micklin was born on May 24, 1935, in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Doris (Shoshone) and Maurice David Micklin, who operated the family-founded lumber company.
