The Yin
Adam Perry (born 29 December 1969), also known by his stage name The Yin, is an English musician. He is known as the drummer of the bands A and the Bloodhound Gang, as well as the production team 'Collective'. Biography Adam Perry was born in Leeds, Yorkshire, England. He spent his childhood there, before moving to Suffolk with his family at the age of 13. He has an identical twin brother, Jason, and a younger brother, Giles, both of whom are also members of "A". He was a member of the band Grand Designs, an early incarnation of "A", who played regular gigs in and around Lowestoft. In 1991, he moved to London where he shared a flat with his brother Jason, bassist Stevie Swindon and Dan Hawkins, who later went on to be in The Darkness. Jason Perry (born 29 December 1969) is an English record producer and singer/songwriter. He is the lead vocalist of the Suffolk based band alternative rock 'A'. He has an identical twin brother, Adam, and a younger brother, Giles, both of whom are also members of the band. Recently, Perry has produced albums by Greywind, Fatherson, Don Broco, Molotov, McBusted, Matthew P, Ivyrise, the Blackout, Kids in Glass Houses, Get Cape. Wear Cape. McFly are an English pop rock band formed in London in 2003. The band took their name from the '' Back to the Future'' character Marty McFly. The band consists of Tom Fletcher (lead vocals, guitar, and piano), Danny Jones (lead vocals, harmonica, and guitar), Dougie Poynter (bass guitar, vocals) and Harry Judd (drums). ''Hi-Fi Serious'' is the third studio album by British alternative rock band A, released in 2002. The name "Hi-Fi Serious" was derived from the name of the hi-fi electronics store Alan Partridge buys a Bang & Olufsen stereo from in the last episode of ''I'm Alan Partridge'' series 1. The tour in support of this album's release was called the 'Inner City Sumo' tour - another reference to ''I'm Alan Partridge'' (Season 1 Episode 1). Charts, sales and legacy The album is certified Silver in the U.K., having sold over 60,000 copies.
