The Voice – Norges Beste Stemme
''The Voice – Norges beste stemme'' ( Norwegian for ''The Voice – Norway's best Voice'') is a Norwegian reality singing competition and local version of '' The Voice'' first broadcast as '' The Voice of Holland''. It started on 27 January 2012 and the final aired on 25 May 2012 on TV2. One of the important premises of the show is the quality of the singing talent. Four coaches, themselves popular performing artists, train the talents in their group and occasionally perform with them. Talents are selected in blind auditions, where the coaches cannot see, but only hear the auditioner. Format The series consists of three phases: a blind audition, a battle phase, and live performance shows. Four judges/coaches, all noteworthy recording artists, choose teams of contestants through a blind audition process. Johannes Hendrikus Hubert "John" de Mol Jr. is a Dutch media proprietor. De Mol is one of the men behind production companies Endemol and Talpa. He created the reality television formats '' Big Brother'', '' Star Academy'' and'' The Voice'', and the game shows ''Fear Factor'' and '' Deal or No Deal''. Madcon
Madcon is a Norwegian musical duo formed in 1992 by Yosef Wolde-Mariam and Tshawe Baqwa. They have released eight albums as of 2018, and became known for their 2007 cover of the 1967 song "Beggin'" by The Four Seasons. They took their name from the phrase "mad conspiracy". Aleksander Walmann
Aleksander Walmann Åsgården (born 12 January 1986) is a Norwegian singer and songwriter. He represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 alongside Jowst with the song "Grab the Moment", finishing in 10th place. Early life and career Walmann was born in Porsgrunn, and grew up in a musical family through childhood. From the age of 13 and until he started playing music, Aleksander was an active snowboarder at an international level. Odd Einar Nordheim (born February 5, 1972, in Årdal) is a Norwegian musician and singer. He won the music talent competition ''Stjerner i sikte'' in 1996. He has released two albums under the name "OdD", ''Mind Your Head'' in 2001 and ''Not All Birds Fly with Ease'' in 2005. He was nominated for best pop solo performer under Spellemannprisen 2001. Martin Halla (born 4 June 1988 in Aurskog, Norway) is a Norwegian singer who, on 25 May 2012, won the inaugural series of ''The Voice – Norges beste stemme'', the Norwegian version of '' The Voice'' in 2012 and was broadcast on TV2. The tenth season of ''The Voice – Norges beste stemme'' (''The Voice – Norway's Best Voice'') is a talent show which premiered on 3 January 2025. Yosef Wolde-Mariam and Espen Lind returned as coaches from the previous season. Debutants Gabrielle Leithaug and Eva Weel Skram joined the panel as coaches this season, marking the first occurrence of two female coaches on a season in the show's history. Tom Stræte Lagergren (born 29 May 1991), professionally known as Matoma, is a Norwegian DJ and record producer. Early life Lagergren was born in Åsnes Municipality, Norway. He started playing the piano as a child. During that period, he won a contest to perform alongside Norwegian pianists Håvard Gimse and Leif Ove Andsnes. ''The Voice of Holland'', also known by its acronym ''TVOH'', is a Dutch singing reality competition television series that became a global TV format franchise, created by media tycoon John de Mol Jr. and musician Roel van Velzen in the Netherlands and airs on RTL 4. For the first nine seasons, ''The Voice of Holland'' was hosted by Martijn Krabbé and Wendy van Dijk. Starting from the tenth season (2019–2020), Wendy van Dijk was replaced by Chantal Janzen.
