It began airing on January 21, 2018 on Mongol HDTV. The hosts are Uuganbayar Enkhbat and Ankhbayar Ganbold. The four coaches are Otgonbayar Damba (Otgoo), Bold Dorjsuren (Bold), Ulambayar Davaa (Uka), Ononbat Sed (Ononbat). Third season introduced a new coach which is Naranzun Badruugan (Naranzun) who replaced Ononbat. Uka (singer)
Davaagiin Ulambayar ( mn, Даваагийн Уламбаяр; born 6 November 1982), known professionally as Uka ( mn, Ука), is a Mongolian singer, actress, and TV personality. Born into a family of eight, she first gained attention as a member of a girl group "Kiwi" in 2004. With her trademark blonde hair, and unorthodox dance moves, she was often the face of the group. After her band went inactive in 2014, she pursued a solo career. She has since released four studio albums, "I am in love" (2015), "11.06" (2015), "Hug-Jim" (2017), and "Don't Stop" (2018). Uka was one of the four judges in the first season of a Mongolian talent show, "The Voice of Mongolia", alongside Otgonbayar, Bold, and Ononbat. The eventual winner, Enguun Tseyendash, was selected from her team, "Team Uka". Her single, "Don't Stop", was included in the "Asian Top Hip Hop" album in 2018. ''The Voice of Mongolia'' is a Mongolian reality talent show that aims to discover new singing talents. The first season, premiered on January 21, 2018 on Mongol HDTV. The series is part of the franchise ''The Voice'' and is based on a similar competition format in the Netherlands, ''The Voice of Holland''. Hurd (band)
Hurd ( mn, Хурд, , "speed") is a Mongolian rock band. Formed in 1987 as Skorost (russian: Скорость, , also "speed") by drummer Dambyn Ganbayar, Hurd is considered the first band to have introduced the heavy metal genre into the Mongolian music landscape. Along with Chingis Khaan, Haranga or Niciton, they are considered "veterans" of the Mongolian pop rock scene, and, as such, they have greatly contributed to its diversification and encouraged the emergence of many new rock acts. Hurd has released nine studio albums, one live album, one compilation album, two video albums and one box set. Baataryn Ikhersuvd ( mn, Баатарын Ихэрсувд, born 17 January 1998), known professionally as Twinpearly, is a Mongolian singer-songwriter. Twinpearly rose a fame after performing ukulele version of Riptide by Vance Joy at the season two of Mongolian's Got Talent at the age of 17 in which she successfully participated and went to the final stage. Later on, she also participated internationally recognized television reality show The Voice of Mongolia, season 3. The Voice Of Mongolia (season 2)
The second season of the Mongolian reality talent show ''The Voice of Mongolia'' premiered on Mongol TV on January 19, 2020, but the first episode's first half premiered on December 31, 2019 as New Year's Eve gift. The first promo campaign aired on Mongol HDTV and their social media pages during summer. All four coaches return for their second season. The season had a new "steal" button on the Battles Round, informing each coach had to steal two contestants who just lost at the Battles stage. Then the season expanded from the first season, each coach has ten artists on their team during the Knockouts, rather than eight as in the first season. Tseyendashiin Engüün ( mn, Цэендашийн Энгүүн, born 7 September 2000) is a Mongolian professional violinist, and singer. She is the winner of season 1 of The Voice of Mongolia at the age of 17. After winning the show, Engüün was signed to Mongol Content LLC. Career At her age of 5, Engüün enrolled in Mongolian State Conservatory as a disciple of professional violinist Enkh. ''The Voice of Holland'', also known as ''TVOH'', is a Dutch reality TV singing competition, that became a near global TV format franchise, created by media tycoon John de Mol and musician Roel van Velzen, in the Netherlands airing on RTL 4.
