The Voice Kids (Polish TV Series)
''The Voice Kids'' is a Polish reality television, reality and talent show that premiered on January 1, 2018, on the TVP 2 television network. ''The Voice Kids'' is a part of the internationally syndicated show ''The Voice (franchise), The Voice'' and based on the reality singing competition launched in the Netherlands as ''The Voice Kids (Dutch TV series), The Voice Kids''. The show was created by Dutch television producer John de Mol. Format There are four phases in the competition. Stage one is the blind auditions; stage two is the battle rounds, stage three is the sing off, and stage four is the final live performance. Contestants are aged eight to fifteen (from season 4 contestants are aged eight to fourteen). The rules of the competition are similar to those of ''The Voice of Poland''. Poland In The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018
Poland participated in and won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 which took place on 25 November 2018 in Minsk, Belarus. The Polish broadcaster Telewizja Polska (TVP) was responsible for organising their entry for the contest. Roksana Węgiel was internally selected on 21 September 2018 as the Polish representative, competing with the song " Anyone I Want to Be". She won the contest with a total of 215 points. Background Prior to the 2018 contest, Poland has participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest four times. In 2003 and 2004, Poland ended in last place and they decided not to participate from 2005 to 2015. The country returned successfully in 2016. The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 was the sixteenth edition of the annual Junior Eurovision Song Contest, organised by the Belarusian Television and Radio Company (BTRC) and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
