The Teen Agers
The Teen Agers is a series of seven coming-of-age musical comedy-drama films made by Monogram Pictures from 1946 to 1948. A follow-up to the East Side Kids, the series stars Freddie Stewart and June Preisser. The films were initially produced by Sam Katzman but when he left Monogram for Columbia Pictures, duties shifted to Will Jason. The first four films are directed by Arthur Dreifuss, with the remaining three by Jason. Coming-of-age Story

''Junior Prom'' is a 1946 American musical comedy, directed by Arthur Dreifuss and produced by Sam Katzman and Maurice Duke. It was released by Monogram Pictures. RiffTrax is an American company that produces scripted humorous commentary tracks which are synced to mostly public domain feature films, education shorts, and television episodes. With the talents of former ''Mystery Science Theater 3000'' (''MST3K'') cast members and writers, RiffTrax also produces several live shows each year which are broadcast to movie theaters. The style of commentating originated from MST3K, their earlier television series, in which they would similarly mock (or "riff") films aloud while watching them. Mary Jo Pehl
Mary Jo Pehl (; born February 27, 1960 in Circle Pines, Minnesota) is an American writer, actress, and comedian. She is best known for her various roles on the television series ''Mystery Science Theater 3000''. ''Mystery Science Theater 3000'' Pehl was one of the writers on '' MST3K''. From 1992 to 1996, Pehl played the role of "Magic Voice", a disembodied woman's voice who would announce upcoming commercials at the beginning of the show. In 1996, she began playing the role of Pearl Forrester, the mother of Dr. Clayton Forrester (Trace Beaulieu), initially as a guest character and then as a recurring character on the departure of TV's Frank (played by Frank Conniff). When Beaulieu left the series at the end of the seventh season, she took over as the head "mad" on the series. She would retain that role to the show's end in the tenth season. ''Freddie Steps Out'' is a 1946 American film starring Freddie Stewart. It is the second in The Teen Agers series. Plot Freddie Trimball is a high school student. He happens to bear an amazing resemblance to Frankie Troy, one of the most popular young singers in the country. Tired of working and tired of being pursued by bobby-soxers and other fans, Frankie tells his managers he needs a break. They try to discourage him while Freddie's classmates come up with a hoax, claiming that "Frankie" has gone back to school.
