Lucy Torres-Gomez (born Lucy Marie Martinez Torres; December 11, 1974), is a Filipina actress and politician. She has served as Mayor of Ormoc and as the Representative for Leyte's 4th legislative district from June 2013 to June 2022, and previously from June 2010 to March 2013. Several cameras—either film or professional video cameras—are employed on the set and simultaneously record or broadcast a scene. Q (formerly QTV, standing for Quality TeleVision) was a television network in the Philippines run by GMA Network Inc. through Citynet Network Marketing and Productions, Inc.
