The Sail @ Marina Bay
The Sail @ Marina Bay is a waterfront lifestyle condominium located in the Marina Bay, Singapore, Marina Bay area in Singapore. It was completed in 2008. The first tenants have moved into Central Park Tower in July 2008. Residents moved into Marina Bay Tower a few weeks later. The structure of The Sail is with 70 storeys and is one of Singapore's tallest condominia/apartment buildings. This development offers panoramic city view of Marina Bay and the sea. It is close to some of Singapore's famous landmarks such as Suntec City, Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, Esplanade, Telok Ayer Market and the Singapore River. Marina Boulevard
Marina Boulevard is a road in Singapore running along the western side of Marina Bay, Singapore, Marina Bay in the Downtown Core district. Starting at Raffles Place intersecting with Collyer Quay and running south, there are a number of landmark buildings along the length of it such as the One Marina Boulevard and One Raffles Quay, forming bookends of its northern terminus. Located along the road is The Sail @ Marina Bay, The Promontory, Central Linear Park, Marina Bay Financial Centre, Gardens by the Bay, Marina South Pier and Marina South. The Common Services Tunnel runs underneath it. Richard Tenguerian ( hy, Տիգրան Թընկըրեան; born, August 3, 1955) is an architectural model maker of Armenian descent. Some of his notable physical models include the Kingdom Center in Riyadh (1998), Yankee Stadium in New York (2006), The Sail @ Marina Bay in Singapore (2007), and Comcast Center in Philadelphia (2008). Raffles Place MRT Station
Raffles Place MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the North South Line (NSL) and East West Line (EWL) in Singapore. Located in the Downtown Core, the station is underneath Raffles Place, the centre of Singapore's financial district, south of the Singapore River.
