The Reap
''The Reap'' is an arcade shooter. It was released in 1997 for the PC, developed by Housemarque and published by Take 2 Interactive Software Europe. Gameplay The game has a total of 4 stages and each stage has three to four levels, altogether there are 10 levels. Players are tasked to shoot enemies in an arctic oriented scenery. Next they fly through the deep oceans, wherein between shipwrecks and fish bones are sharks, submarines, and a genetically-engineered quadrapus waiting for them. After this there comes a canyon-desert stage. At last, players fight their enemies in a skyscraper city. The player's ship can get 5 weapon systems and all of them can be upgraded three times. The biggest weapon is a rocket blaster. Players can also find bombs or invulnerability shields. Viewpoint (video Game)
is an isometric-scrolling shooter arcade game developed by Aicom and originally released in 1992 by Sammy and SNK for the Neo Geo hardware family. Gameplay ''Viewpoint'' is Sammy's only game for the Neo-Geo Multi Video System hardware.''Viewpoint'' user's manual (Neo Geo AES, US) By default, Player 1 and Player 2 can only play one after another; in the Service Mode though, simultaneous gameplay can be enabled. Neo Geo
Neo Geo is a family of video game hardware developed by SNK. On the market from 1990 to 2004, the brand originated with the release of an arcade system, the Neo Geo MVS and its home console counterpart, the Neo Geo AES. The Neo Geo MVS was successful with arcade operators worldwide. Both the MVS and AES were powerful for the time, and the AES allows for fully authentic versions of games released for the MVS. However, the high price for both the AES console and its games prevented it from directly competing with its contemporaries, the Sega Genesis, Super NES, and TurboGrafx-16. Years later, SNK released the Neo Geo CD, a more cost-effective console with games released on compact discs. The console was met with limited success, due in part to its slow CD-ROM drive.
