Warren Griffin III (born November 10, 1970) is an American rapper and producer known for his role in West Coast rap's 1990s ascent.Steve Huey"Warren G: Biography" ''AllMusic.com'', Netaktion LLC, visited May 8, 2020. ''The Nutty Professor'' is a 1996 American science fiction black comedy film starring Eddie Murphy. It is a remake of the 1963 film of the same name, which starred Jerry Lewis, which itself was a parody of Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 novella ''Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde''. The film co-stars Jada Pinkett, James Coburn, Larry Miller, Dave Chappelle, and John Ales. Filming began on 8 May 1995 and concluded on 8 September 1995. The original music score was composed by David Newman. The film won Best Makeup at the 69th Academy Awards. Thomas Peter Shadyac (born December 11, 1958) is an American director, screenwriter, producer, and author. The youngest joke-writer ever for comedian Bob Hope, Shadyac is widely known for writing and directing the comedy films ''Ace Ventura: Pet Detective'', ''The Nutty Professor (1996 film), The Nutty Professor'', ''Liar Liar'', ''Patch Adams (film), Patch Adams'', and ''Bruce Almighty''.
