''Hughesy, Ed and Erin'' is an Australian breakfast radio show on 2Day FM. The show is hosted by Dave Hughes, Ed Kavalee and Erin Molan. A one-hour highlights package airs nationally at 6pm across the Hit Network. The show commenced on Monday, 18 January 2021. History In November 2020, Southern Cross Austereo announced that Dave Hughes, Ed Kavalee Edward Robert Kavalee (born 30 June 1979) is an Australian comedian, actor, writer, podcaster radio and television presenter. He is a recurring panellist on Network 10's ''Have You Been Paying Attention?'' with Sam Pang and co-hosts ''Hughesy, ... and Erin Molan would replace Jamie Angel's ''Music for Breakfast'' to host ''Hughesy, Ed and Erin Molan'' from Monday, 18 January 2021. A one-hour highlights package will air nationally at 6pm across the Hit Network. In December 2021, Jack Laurence resigned as anchor of the show. Stereophonic sound, or more commonly stereo, is a method of sound reproduction that recreates a multi-directional, 3-dimensional audible perspective. This is usually achieved by using two independent audio channels through a configuration of two loudspeakers (or stereo headphones) in such a way as to create the impression of sound heard from various directions, as in natural hearing. 2Day FM (call sign 2DAY) is a commercial FM radio station broadcasting in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, on a frequency of 104.1 MHz, and is part of Southern Cross Austereo's Hit Network. History 1980s 2Day FM was one of three radio stations (along with Triple M and Triple J) to be granted new FM broadcasting licenses in Sydney in 1980, and commenced broadcasting on 2 August of that year. The original owners were well known media personalities John Laws (30%), Mike Willesee (30%), Village Roadshow (30%) and Graham Kennedy (10%). The station's original programming format was focused towards easy-listening music, but shifted to more pop and rock oriented programming since the late 1980s, with the later addition of Hip-Hop and dance music to their playlists. The Hit Network is an Australian commercial radio network owned and operated by Southern Cross Austereo. The network consists of 41 radio stations broadcasting a hot adult contemporary music format, as well as 6 Digital radio in Australia, digital radio stations. Edward Robert Kavalee (born 30 June 1979) is an Australian comedian, actor, writer, podcaster radio and television presenter. He is a recurring panellist on Network 10's ''Have You Been Paying Attention?'' with Sam Pang and co-hosts ''Hughesy, Ed & Erin'' with Dave Hughes and Erin Molan on 2DayFM. Erin Molan
Erin Molan (born 24 August 1984) is an Australian television sports presenter. She is currently a Primetime Contributor on Sky News Australia, radio presenter on 2Day FM and columnist on The Daily Telegraph.
