The MJCast
''The MJCast '' is an audio podcast that discusses topics and news as it relates to American singer and entertainer, Michael Jackson, and the Jackson family. The podcast was founded in 2015 with the goal of keeping Jackson’s legacy alive by interviewing guests who were closest to the singer. The MJCast continues to release new episodes on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. Format The podcast was founded by Jamon Bull and Q Gabriel-Smith. Bull and Elise Capron are the show hosts. Charlie Carter is the show's audio producer. There are three distinct formats: The first format is regular news and discussion episodes. Secondly, there are roundtable discussions on specific topics like albums and videos. The third format is special interviews with guests who knew and worked with Michael Jackson personally and professionally. Known for his work in the music videos of singers such as En Vogue, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson and Beyoncé Knowles, Smith has won the MTV Video Music Award for Best Choreography five times. Jermaine La Jaune Jackson (born December 11, 1954) is an American singer-songwriter and bassist. He is best known for being a member of the Jackson family. On June 25, 2009, American singer Michael Jackson died of acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication at his home on North Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. His physician, Conrad Murray, said that he found Jackson in his room not breathing and with a weak pulse; he administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to no avail, and security called 9-1-1 at 12:21 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time ( UTC–7). ''Xscape'' is the second posthumous album by American singer-songwriter Michael Jackson. It was released on May 9, 2014, by Epic Records, MJJ Music and Sony Music Entertainment.
