Gu Long
Xiong Yaohua (7 June 1938 – 21 September 1985), better known by his pen name Gu Long, was a Hong Kong-born Taiwanese novelist, screenwriter, film producer and director. A graduate of Cheng Kung Senior High School and Tamkang University, Xiong is best known for writing wuxia novels and serials, which include ''Juedai Shuangjiao'', ''Xiaoli Feidao Series'', '' Chu Liuxiang Series'', '' Lu Xiaofeng Series'' and ''The Eleventh Son''. Some of these works have been adapted into films and television series for numerous times. In the 1980s, he started his own film studio, Bao Sian (寶龍), to produce film adaptations of his works. Life Xiong was born on 7 June 1938 in Hong Kong but his registered identity stated that he was born in 1941. Ocean Shores Video (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.( or ) is the home video division of Win's Entertainment (Hong Kong) Co Ltd. The company is owned by Television Broadcasts Limited the entertainment division of Panasonic, Pioneer and Philips was a Hong Kong based distributor of martial arts films in the 1980s. Ocean Shores was a video company that ran major distribution rights to many of the biggest indie and later Shaw Brothers and Golden Harvest movies. They concealed the rights to American releases of many classic chopsocky titles. And even had videos released in Europe under the inter-ocean label. Ling Yun () (born 1941) is a Taiwanese-born actor in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Early life On January 15, 1941, Ling was born in Taiwan as Lin Long-song. Career Ling started his acting career in Taiwan under the alias of Long Song. Lin first appeared in Ah San Ge Chu Ma (aka A Brother-in-law), a 1959 Hokkien language Taiwan film directed by Lin Tuan-Chiu. Ling joined Shaw Brothers in 1964. In 1965, Ling first appeared in Hong Kong film. Ling appeared in Pink Tears, a 1965 Hong Kong Mandarin-language film directed by Chun Kim. In Hong Kong, Ling changed his name to Ling Yun. Nora Miao () (born Chan Wing-man (); 8 February 1952) is a Hong Kong film actress.
