The Floating Landscape
''The Floating Landscape'' is a 2003 Hong Kong romance film written and directed by Carol Lai and starring Ekin Cheng, Karena Lam and Liu Ye. The film was shown in competition for the Golden Lion at the 60th Venice International Film Festival. Plot Man, haunted by the death of her lover, Sam, struggles to accept a new life. Stanley Kwan
Stanley Kwan (traditional Chinese: 關錦鵬; simplified Chinese: 关锦鹏); born 9 October 1957) is a Hong Kong film director and producer. Kwan landed a job at TVB after receiving a mass communications degree at Hong Kong Baptist College. Kwan's first film was ''Women'' (1985), which starred Chow Yun-fat, and was a big box-office success. Kwan's films often deal sympathetically with the plight of women and their struggles with romantic affairs of the heart. ''Rouge'' (1987), ''Full Moon in New York'' (1989), ''Center Stage'' (1992; a.k.a. Ceremony for the 23rd Hong Kong Film Awards was held on 4 April 2004 in the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. William Chang
William Chang Suk-ping ( zh, 張叔平; born 12 November 1953) is a Hong Kong production designer, costume designer and film editor. Along with cinematographer Christopher Doyle, Chang is an important collaborator with Hong Kong film director Wong Kar-wai.
