Face (a Cappella Group)
Face is an American a cappella group from Boulder, Colorado. Formed by Joseph DiMasi and Ben Lunstad in 2002, they made their first national appearances as one of the eight original groups on NBC's premiere season of "The Sing-Off" in 2009. They are a two-time National Audience Favorite and two-time runner-up at the National Finals of Harmony Sweepstakes A Cappella Festival (2005 and 2007), and the runner-up for Favorite Pop/Rock Group at the Contemporary A Cappella Society's Community Awards (2007). Face has also garnered numerous local awards including Best Local Band by The Denver Channel's A-List Awards (2013), Best Local Musician by Boulder Weekly's Best of Boulder Awards (2009) and third-place for Best Local Band by The Denver Channel's A-List Awards (2009). And Why Not? were a British pop trio, from Birmingham, West Midlands, England. Their only album, '' Move Your Skin'' (1990) was produced by Alan Shacklock, formerly a guitarist in the rock band Babe Ruth, and engineered by Bryan Smith and Harry Sutcliffe, recorded at Mediasmiths Studio, London, Colney. Career And Why Not?'s lead vocalist, Wayne Gidden, was supported with backing vocals from Michael Steer (also on drums, percussion) and Hylton Horatio Hayles (also bass guitar). Visage (band)
Visage were a British synthpop band, formed in London in 1978. The band became closely linked to the burgeoning New Romantic fashion movement of the early 1980s, and are best known for their hit " Fade to Grey" which was released in late 1980. In the UK, the band achieved two Top 20 albums ('' Visage'' and '' The Anvil'') and five Top 30 singles before the commercial failure of their third album ('' Beat Boy'') led to their break-up in 1985. Kenna Zemedkun, known professionally as Kenna, is an Ethiopian-born American musician, philanthropist and technology creative.
