The Clash Season 2
The second season of the Philippine television reality competition show, '' The Clash'' was broadcast by GMA Network. Hosted by Rayver Cruz, Julie Anne San Jose, Ken Chan and Rita Daniela, it premiered on September 21, 2019, on the network's Sabado Star Power and Sunday Grande line up replacing '' StarStruck''. The season ended with 26 episodes on December 15, 2019, having Jeremiah Tiangco as the winner. Production Development During the conclusion of the first season on September 30, 2018, the show's original host, Regine Velasquez announced the second season. The latter did not return due to her shifting commitments to GMA's rival network, ABS-CBN. She was replaced by Rayver Cruz and Julie Anne San Jose, meanwhile Ken Chan and Rita Daniela took over as the co-hosts, replacing Andre Paras and Joyce Pring. Princess Joyce Enaje Pring (born May 4, 1993) is a Filipina television personality and host. Born in Tondo, Manila, she began hosting as a video jockey after winning at Myx VJ Search in 2011. Pring became a Sparkle artist for her hosting in the online show of '' 2018 GMA New Year Countdown: Buong Puso Para sa Kapuso'' (2017–2018) and various television shows. Tondo is a district located in Manila, Philippines. It is the largest in terms of area and population of Manila's sixteen districts, with a Census-estimated 631,313 people in 2015 and consists of two congressional districts. Bert de Leon (May 28, 1947 – November 21, 2021) was a Filipino television director. De Leon was known for directing some of the longest-running shows in the Philippines, ''Eat Bulaga!'', ''Bubble Gang'' and ''Pepito Manaloto''. Career Directorial De Leon is known for directing various television series for GMA Network such as ''Bubble Gang'', ''Pepito Manaloto'', ''Eat Bulaga!'' and ''Okay Ka, Fairy Ko!''. Jay Oliver Durias Sr. (born 26 August 1975) is a Filipino singer, songwriter, arranger and record producer known for his collaborations with South Border. Early life Durias is the frontman of South Border, a pop and R&B band that traces its roots from Davao City. South Border came into national prominence in 1996 when they launched their first self-titled album, which included a Jimmy Antiporda song entitled "May Pag-Ibig Pa Kaya". South Border is a Filipino pop and R&B band formed in the early 1990s who gained widespread recognition in the music scene in the mid 1990s to the 2000s. Urdaneta, officially the City of Urdaneta ( pag, Siyudad na Urdaneta; ilo, Siyudad ti Urdaneta; fil, Lungsod ng Urdaneta), is a 2nd class component city in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines.
