The Carbonfools is a Hungarian pop band from Budapest, Hungary. Formed in 2001, the band started their journey of national fame with their debut at Sziget Festival. The band mixes genres such as Rock music, rock, Blues rock, blues, reggae, Disco music, disco, Folk music, folk, darkwave, in order to create their unique sound. In 2004 their first album ''Poisoned Goulash'' became a major hit gathering their previously performed tracks. The Carbonfools is the most popular pop band of the 2000s in Hungary. The Sziget Festival ( hu, Sziget Fesztivál, ; "Sziget" for "Island") is one of the largest Music festival, music and cultural festivals in Europe. Hungarian rock has been a part of the popular music of Hungary since the early 1960s. The first major bands were Illés (band), Illés, Metró (band), Metró and Omega (band), Omega. At the time, rock was not approved of by the Hungarian Communist authorities. In the 1970s, the Communists cracked down on rock, and Illés was banned from recording. Dreadzone are a British electronic music group. They have released eight studio albums, two live albums, and two compilations. Career Dreadzone were formed in London, England in 1993 when ex- Big Audio Dynamite drummer Greg Roberts teamed up with Tim Bran, who had previously worked as a musician and sound engineer for Julian Cope and who has done production work for artists including London Grammar, Birdy, and the Dutch duo HAEVN.
