Mateus Cardoso Lemos Martins (born 15 February 2000), commonly known as Tetê, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or winger for Premier League club Leicester City, on loan from Ukrainian Premier League club Shakhtar Donetsk. Club career Early career Born in Alvorada, Rio Grande do Sul, Tetê joined the youth academy of Grêmio in 2008. In 2016, he scored 33 goals for the reserves. On 20 April 2018, his contract was extended until 2021. Shakhtar Donetsk On 20 February 2019, Tetê moved abroad and joined Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk. On 13 April, he made his first team debut in a 3–0 league victory against Zorya Luhansk. On 6 November, he scored his first Champions League goal in a 3–3 away draw against Dinamo Zagreb in the 2019–20 season. Roma, with Luís Castro being appointed as Fonseca's replacement the following day. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine, and based on resolutions of the Cabinet of Ukraine and the UAF Executive Committee, on 11 March the Ukrainian Premier League decided all games where to be played behind closed doors until 3 April 2020. The Ukrainian Cup ( uk, Кубок України) is an association football national knockout cup competition run by the Ukrainian Association of Football. The competition is conducted almost exclusively among professional clubs. Since the 2003–04 season, the Cup winner qualifies to play the Ukrainian Premier League winner for the Ukrainian Super Cup. Current format The format of this competition consists of two stages: a qualification stage with two rounds followed by the main event (four rounds and the final game). The Brazil Olympic football team (also known as Brazil under-23, Brazil U23) represents Brazil in international football competitions during Olympic Games and Pan American Games. Football Club Shakhtar Donetsk ( uk, Футбольний клуб «Шахтар» Донецьк , short nickname "miners") is a Ukrainian professional football club from the city of Donetsk. Alvorada is a city in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, adjacent to the city of Porto Alegre. The city is also known as "The Capital of Solidarity." The 2019 South American U-20 Championship was the 29th edition of the South American U-20 Championship ( es, CONMEBOL Sudamericano Sub-20, pt, CONMEBOL Sul-Americano Sub-20), the biennial international youth football championship organised by CONMEBOL for the men's under-20 national teams of South America. It was held in Chile between 17 January and 10 February 2019. The top four teams qualified for the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland as the CONMEBOL representatives.
