Terrance Thomas
Terrance Lamar Thomas (born December 29, 1980) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for Deportes Castro of Chile. He played college basketball at Baylor University. Career He played professionally for T71 Dudelange (Luxembourg), BK Ventspils (Latvia), the Fort Worth Flyers (D-League), the Artland Dragons (Germany), the Bakersfield Jam (D-League), and Potros ITSON (Mexico). In 2006, Thomas represented BK Ventspils in the Baltic Basketball League All-Star Game. In 2008, he won the German Bundesliga Cup with the Artland Dragons. In March 2010, he signed with Selçuk University of the TBL2. On February 20, 2012, he was acquired by the Canton Charge. Small Forward
The small forward (SF), also known as the three or swingman, is one of the five positions in a regulation basketball game. Small forwards are typically shorter, quicker, and leaner than power forwards and centers but taller, larger, and stronger than either of the guard positions. They are strategic and are often relied upon to score, defend, create open lanes, and rebound for their team. The small forward is considered to be perhaps the most versatile of the five main basketball positions as they contribute offensively and defensively. Fort Wayne Mad Ants
The Fort Wayne Mad Ants are an American professional basketball team of the NBA G League based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and are affiliated with the Indiana Pacers. The team plays their home games at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. The Mad Ants won their first and only championship in 2014, when the G League was known as the NBA D-League. In September 2015, the Indiana Pacers purchased the Mad Ants. Turkish Basketball Second League
The Turkish Basketball Second League, also called TB2L, is Turkish basketball league system, the third-tier level league of professional club basketball in Turkey. The league was previously called the Turkish Basketball Third League (TB3L). Format and promotion and relegation There are a total of 15 teams participating in the league for the TB2L 2019–20 season. Each team plays each other in their group twice during the regular season. The top 8 teams from each group qualify to an elimination round (best of 3 games). Winners in elimination games qualify to the Quarterfinals (best of 3 games). Winners in the quarterfinals qualify to a final group (round robin). The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are relegated to a lower-tier league. The playoffs are played in a "Best of five" format. The winning team of the final round are crowned the German Champions of that season. In addition to the league competition, all BBL teams compete for the German Basketball Cup.
