Tempuling Airport is a domestic airport located at Tembilahan, the capital of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau province, Indonesia. It serves Tembilahan and surrounding areas. Currently, this airport only serves flights to and from Pekanbaru. This airport is able to serve aircraft equivalent to BAe 146 and ATR 72. Tembilahan ( Jawi:تمبيلاهن ) is a town and district of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau province of Indonesia. It is also the capital of the regency. Tembilahan district has an area of 197.37 km², consisting of 6 villages. Tembilahan's population in 2010 was 69,498, rising to 74,087 in 2015. BAe 146
The British Aerospace 146 (also BAe 146) is a short-haul and regional airliner that was manufactured in the United Kingdom by British Aerospace, later part of BAE Systems. Production ran from 1983 until 2001. Manufacture by Avro International Aerospace of an improved version known as the Avro RJ began in 1992.
