Name In Hungarian language, Hungarian, it is known as ''Beszterce-Naszód megye'', and in German language, German as ''Kreis Bistritz-Nassod''. Telciu ( hu, Telcs; german: Teltsch) is a commune in BistriÈ›a-Năsăud County, Transylvania, Romania.
