Polskie Nagrania "Muza" ("Polish Records 'Muse' ", official name since 2005: "Polskie Nagrania Sp. z o.o", i.e., Polskie Nagrania Ltd.) is a Polish record label based in Warsaw. Janusz Kruk
Janusz Kruk (7 August 1946 – 18 June 1992) was a Polish singer, guitarist and composer, the leader of the popular band 2 Plus 1. Career Kruk went to a musical school in Warsaw, where he learned to play double bass. At the end of the 1960s, he founded the band Warszawskie Kuranty, a member of whose was also Elżbieta Dmoch. In January 1971, Janusz and Elżbieta formed a new group, 2 Plus 1, which would become highly successful in Poland in the 1970s and the first half of the 1980s. On the turn of decades the band scored a number of minor hits in Western Europe and Japan, and released two albums internationally. Kruk had been the leader of the band until his death in the early 1990s. ''Aktor'' (English: ''Actor'') is the third studio album by Polish band 2 Plus 1, released in 1977 by Polskie Nagrania Muza. The LP was a tribute to Polish actor Zbigniew Cybulski, who died in 1967. "Windą do nieba" (English: "A Lift to Heaven") is a 1977 song by Polish band 2 Plus 1. Song information The song was composed as a pop ballad by Janusz Kruk, the leader of the band, and the lyrics were written by Marek Dutkiewicz, a popular Polish lyricist and journalist. It first appeared on a cardboard record released by Tonpress in 1977, a popular medium often replacing the single format in the pre-1990s Poland. In 1978, "Windą do nieba" was released on 2 Plus 1's fourth LP, '' Teatr na drodze'', and as the B-side on the "Ding-dong" single, both by Polskie Nagrania Muza. The band performed both "Windą do nieba" and "Ding-dong" at the Sopot Festival in 1978, and won the first prize. The Moog synthesizer is a modular synthesizer developed by the American engineer Robert Moog. Moog debuted it in 1964, and Moog's company R. A. Moog Co. (later known as Moog Music) produced numerous models from 1965 to 1981, and again from 2014.
