Taylor Red (formerly Red Roots) is an American country music red-haired identical triplet sisters trio from Wade, Mississippi. They started making music in 2010, with their first studio album, ''Red Roots'', that was independently released by Red Hen Records, in 2011. Their second release, ''The Middle of Nowhere'', a studio album, released in 2012, with Red Hen Records. The third studio album, ''Triplicity (Red Roots album), Triplicity'', was released in 2014, from Red Hen Records. The trio signed with Inpop Records, in 2015. In 2018, the band formally changed its name from Red Roots to Taylor Red. The bands' triplets are singers, songwriters, composers, and multi-instrumentalists who play guitar, banjo, fiddle, and mandolin. Wade is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Jackson County, Mississippi, United States. It is part of the Pascagoula Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 1,074 at the 2010 census, up from 491 at the 2000 census. Geography Wade is located in northeastern Jackson County at (30.641942, -88.551069), around the intersection of Mississippi Highway 63 and Mississippi Highway 614. Highway 63 leads north to Lucedale and south to Pascagoula, the Jackson county seat. Highway 614 leads east to Hurley and west to Mississippi Highway 57 north of Vancleave.
