Tatyana Golikova
Tatiana Alexeyevna Golikova (Russian: Татьяна Алексеевна Голикова; born 9 February 1966) is a Russian politician and economist who serves as the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for Social Policy, Labour, Health and Pension Provision since 2018. From 2007 to 2012, she served as the Minister of Health and Social Development and Chairwoman of the Account Chamber of Russia from 2013 to 2018. Early life and education Golikova was born on 9 February 1966 in Mytishchi, Russian SFSR. She graduated from the Plekhanov Institute of the National Economy with a specialization in labour economics in 1987. Career Golikova was an economist in the State Budget Department at the Finance Ministry from 1990 to 1992. The Anti-Corruption Foundation (ACF or FBK; russian: Фонд борьбы с коррупцией (ФБК), Fond borby s korruptsiyey (FBK), Foundation for combating corruption) is a non-profit organization established in 2011 by Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny. Umifenovir, sold under the brand name Arbidol, is an antiviral medication for the treatment of influenza and COVID infections used in Russia and China. The drug is manufactured by Pharmstandard (russian: Фармстандарт). It is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment or prevention of influenza. Chemically, umifenovir features an indole core, functionalized at all but one positions with different substituents. The drug has been shown in studies to inhibit viral entry into target cells and stimulate the immune response. Status Testing of umifenovir's efficacy has mainly occurred in China and Russia, and it is well known in these two countries. The Mikhail Mishustin Cabinet (russian: Правительство Мишустина) is the federal government of Russia, formed in 2020, led by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. It succeeded the previous one led by Dmitry Medvedev. The Cabinet was formed between 16 and 21 January 2020 and is the last one following the constitutional reform of 2020 which has significantly changed the order of government formation. Dmitry Medvedev's Second Cabinet was the composition of the Russian government from 18 May 2018 to 15 January 2020 under the leadership of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The Cabinet resigned on 15 January 2020, in response to significant constitutional changes suggested by Vladimir Putin regarding shifting power away from the presidency.
