Tatiana Stepanova, also Tetyana Stepanova, (russian: Татьяна Степанова; uk, Тeтяна Степанова, ''Tatiana Stepanova'') (born, Odessa, Ukraine then Soviet Union) is a highly accomplished ballerina and choreographer. She is now the Artistic Director of Stepanova Ballet Academy and Toronto International Ballet Theatre. As Prima Ballerina of the Odessa State Ballet Company, she was awarded the honorary title of People's Artist of Ukraine for her excellence in the art of ballet. Stepanova is married to Ukrainian footballer Vasyl Ishchak. Biography Mme. Tatiana Stepanova completed her training at the world-renowned Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow. "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" is a 19th-century German fairy tale that is today known widely across the Western world. The Brothers Grimm published it in 1812 in the first edition of their collection ''Grimms' Fairy Tales'' and numbered as Tale 53. Boris Eifman (Борис Яковлевич Эйфман) (born 22 July 1946, in Rubtsovsk) is a Russian choreographer and artistic director. He has done more than fifty ballet productions. Eifman was born in Siberia, where his engineer father had been assigned to work in a tank factory. In 1953, the family moved to Kishinev, Moldavia. Eifman graduated from the Kishinev Ballet School in 1964. He performed as a dancer with the Kishinev Opera and Ballet Theatre; and went on to study choreography at the Leningrad Conservatory, where his teacher was choreographer Georgi Aleksidze. Eifman graduated from the Leningrad Conservatory in 1972. He then became a ballet master at the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet, from 1972-1977. ''Graduation Ball'' is a ballet in one act choreographed by David Lichine to music composed by Johann Strauss II and arranged by Antal Doráti. ''Cendrillon'' (''Cinderella'') is an opera—described as a "fairy tale"—in four acts by Jules Massenet to a French libretto by Henri Caïn based on Perrault's 1698 version of the Cinderella fairy tale. It had its premiere performance on 24 May 1899 in Paris. The '' New Grove Dictionary of Opera'' notes that Massenet's sense of humor and wit is more evident in this work, and the use of recurrent motifs is more discreet, while the love music "reminds us how well Massenet knew his Wagner".
