Tarmo Laht
Tarmo Laht (born 22 March 1960) is an Estonians, Estonian architect. Laht was born in Kuressaare. He graduated from the Department of Architecture of the Tallinn Art University (today's Estonian Academy of Arts) in 1991, and now works in the Alver Arhitektid OÜ architectural bureau. Estonians or Estonian people ( et, eestlased) are a Finnic ethnic group native to Estonia who speak the Estonian language. The Estonian language is spoken as the first language by the vast majority of Estonians; it is closely related to other Finnic languages, e.g. Finnish, Karelian and Livonian. Kuressaare
Kuressaare () is a town on Saaremaa island in Estonia. It is the administrative centre of Saaremaa Parish and the capital of Saare County. Kuressaare is the westernmost town in Estonia. The recorded population on 1 January 2018 was 13,276. The town is situated on the southern coast of Saaremaa island, facing the Gulf of Riga of the Baltic Sea, and is served by the Kuressaare Airport, Roomassaare harbour, and Kuressaare yacht harbour. The Estonian Academy of Arts ( Estonian: ''Eesti Kunstiakadeemia'', EKA) is the only public university in Estonia providing higher education in art, design, architecture, media, art history and conservation-restoration. Pirita
Pirita is one of the eight administrative districts ( et, linnaosa) of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Pirita occupies a relatively big area, but compared to other districts of Tallinn its population of 17,592 (as of 1 November 2014) is relatively small. Andres Alver
Andres Alver (born 23 December 1953) is an Estonian architect. Born in Tartu, from 1961 to 1972, Alver studied in the 2nd Secondary School of Tartu (today's Miina Härma Gymnasium). From 1972, Alver studied in the State Art Institute of the Estonian SSR (today's Estonian Academy of Arts) in the department of architecture, graduating in 1977. From 1977 to 1990, Alver worked in the architectural office of the S. M. Kirov collective farm. From 1990 to 2006, Alver worked in the architectural bureau Alver&Trummal OÜ. From 2006 to present Alver has worked in the A. Alver Architects OÜ architectural office. The works of Alver from the 1980s include a recreational home in Loksa, restaurant Toidutare in Kose-Risti and a shop in Tallinn. Tiit Trummal
Tiit Trummal (born 18 July 1954 in Tartu) is a notable Estonian architect. Tiit Trummal graduated from the 2nd Secondary School of Tartu (today's Miina Härma Gymnasium). From 1972 he studied in the State Art Institute of the Estonian SSR (today's Estonian Academy of Arts) in the department of architecture. He graduated from the institute in 1977. Kadriorg
Kadriorg ( Estonian for ''" Catherine's Valley"'') is a subdistrict in the district of Kesklinn ("Midtown"), Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It has a population of 4,561 (). The subdistrict name derives from the Catherinethal, a Baroque palace of Catherine I of Russia. It is one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in Estonia. Kadriorg is known for the Kadriorg palace and the surrounding park, commissioned by the Russian Czar Peter the Great. Haapsalu () is a seaside resort town located on the west coast of Estonia. It is the administrative centre of Lääne County, and on 1 January 2020 it had a population of 9,375.
